NIH & NSF Policies
In
addition to the federal Circulars which govern all federal projects, many federal sponsors, in addition to non-federal organizations, have
their own agency-specific requirements. It is the responsibility of PIs and
administrative staff to be familiar with those requirements. Given the large proportion of
project support from the NIH and NSF, the links below direct you to
the policies of those two agencies.
9/24/2012 - NIH announces the publication of the revised NIH Grants Policy Statement (NIHGPS, rev. 10/1/2012). This revision is applicable to all NIH grants and cooperative agreements with budget periods beginning on or after October 1, 2012.
